I was really impressed with the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and having a suite together with another room for the kids was fantastic. The service, although not pushy, was excellent, especially with Rafael helping us exchange currency. The location offered picturesque views of the beach and neighboring areas, although there were some shabby aspects. The dining experience was good, with a variety of choices, and the facilities were top-notch.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful surroundings of the hotel, offering romantic views of the hills with cloud caps. The rooms were equipped with great air conditioning and essential amenities like a TV, fridge, hairdryer, phone, and safe. However, it was noticeable that the rooms hadn't been used in a while, which could use some improvement.

The dining experience was exceptional with a shrimp Xmas tree that stood out among buffets, and the facility provided top-quality USDA prime-aged steaks. However, the rooms showed signs of mold and were only refreshed with essentials like drinking water and fresh towels after the 5th day, which was late. Service was a mix of helpfulness, although communication challenges were overcome with hand gestures due to limited English spoken. The overall experience was marred by the lack of initial room amenities and presence of mold, but it redeemed itself with unique dining offerings and a beautiful location.
